NOTICE OF DRAFT VOLUNTARY PLANNING AGREEMENT

Under Section 93G of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

In association with the Draft Dungog Local Environmental Plan (Amendment No 6) between the parties of Stronach Downes Management Pty Limited and Dungog Shire Council in relation to the land identified as 788 Limeburners Creek Road, Clarence Town, Lot 1263 DP 1099773, Lot 65 DP 753216, Lot 162 DP 1087653 and Lot 25 DP 1007844.

Stronach Downes Management Pty Limited has offered a Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement to Dungog Shire Council in relation to the future development of 788 Limeburners Creek Road, Clarence Town.

Following the closure of the advertising period, Council will review all submissions and decide whether to enter into the Voluntary Planning Agreement.

Interested persons are invited to view the Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement and accompanying documents at the Dungog Shire Council Office, Dowling Street, Dungog between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The documentation is also available for viewing or downloading below.
